How to be ready for your Medicare appointment.

We are excited that you are allowing us to help with your insurance needs. Having the information below ready will help your agent compare plans more accurately and make the most of your appointment.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring or have access to these five items.

Having these details ready gives your agent the information needed to compare the options available to you.

Current medications

Bring a complete list of your medications, including dosage and preferred pharmacy.

Doctors and providers

Bring a list of your doctors, specialists, clinics, and other providers.

Medicare card

Bring your current Medicare card and any existing plan information.

Medicare.gov account

Have your Medicare.gov username and password available when possible.

Social Security account

Have your SSA.gov username and password available, especially if you are signing up for Part A and Part B for the first time.

Set up your online access before the appointment.

If you do not yet have these accounts, visit the official Social Security and Medicare.gov websites to create them.

CAN'T ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT?

Let us know before your appointment.

If you are unable to obtain your login information, please tell us ahead of time so we can allow additional appointment time.
